  3. Excellent initial and ongoing training and marketing support for franchisees
  4. Be sure that the franchise/business you select is in an Industry Category that is growing and strong and would not compete with a large provider.
  5. Critically important that the franchise/business must have competitive uniqueness advantages with strong, tangible differentiators vs. other franchises/businesses in the same market
