The All-In-One Resource For Exploring Franchising
Getting to Know The Franchise Options
During the presentation call you will be introduced to between 1 and 4 franchise concepts that have been selected based on the feedback you provided during the consultation. This short list of franchise opportunities will likely include different business models and a range of industries.
These franchise opportunities will have three things in common:
- Match your investment level
- Market availability
- Match your skills, goals & lifestyle needs
We will review each concept with you verbally which includes general information about the franchise company including its history, growth, industry, and niche if applicable.
The fundamental business model will be outlined, including the role of the owner, employees (if required), location/no location, target customer, sales/marketing approach and more.
The goal is to provide you with a general understanding of the opportunity and submit introductions to 3 companies so you can compare.
Franchise Options
On this call you will learn about a list of franchise concepts which are available in your market and fall within your investment guidelines. It is likely that the list will include opportunities from different industries, representing a variety of different leadership roles. The opportunities will be in line with your financial and personal goals and will also take advantage of the skills and abilities you highlighted during your consultation.
Keep An Open Mind
Think with a blank slate and avoid any assumptions. The information you receive during the presentation is enough to allow you to form a picture of each opportunity but will fall short of allowing you to fully understand the details that underlie each business model.
Compare and Contrast
The importance of evaluating multiple concepts is an important part of your research. Comparisons highlight the differences between business models, franchisor support systems, targeted customers, and most importantly the role of franchise owner in driving success. As you delve into franchise evaluation you grow not just in your understanding of each opportunity but also in your appreciation of what really matters most to you as you picture the day in the life of an owner. The feedback you share will help you narrow down what you are looking for in a business.
Process Is Mutual
Remember this process is also about mutual elimination. At the same time, you are evaluating the franchises, they are evaluating you for your fitness to grow their brand. While we can get you to the front of the line you have to be engaged. They are looking for the best partners to join their franchise family.
Enjoy the Journey
The process should be fun, you are going to be getting a ton of new information and that is going to be exciting for you.
