This week I traveled to Atlanta to spend time with one of the franchise company’s that I work with and discovered what that organization has done to adopt Alex’s promise cards into their business.  As I toured their facility and went from department to department I was presented with a promise card from each person within each department on what their commitment was to their jobs.  I was blown away by the buy in and pride that these people had for their job responsibilities.
